Developed and oversaw budget and strategic planning for Mayor.  Evaluated policy and financial issues and advised on appropriate actions.  Aided in the development and implementation of policy decisions.  Acted as liaison among Mayor, elected officials, governmental organizations, and neighborhood representatives.  Worked with department heads and staff to develop and achieve the Mayor’s goals.  Coordinated policy issues between Mayor and City Council.  Developed and wrote communications.  Represented Mayor in public meetings and with the community.  Attended Council committees and community meetings.  Advised Mayor on financial implications of items on Ways and Means and other committee agendas.
